Although, we don’t just offer these industrial spaces and leave our tenants to continue entirely on their own, we help these businesses grow. RISE Commercial District’s warehouse spaces have a variety of amenities designed for maximum efficiency. Our small warehouse spaces offer free wifi, free conference rooms, public restrooms, and gross leases (all-inclusive of utilities, dumpster and management fees) with flexible terms, some as short as one-month. We are also proud to provide forklifts at our fully-fenced, video-monitored facilities.

All units offer private, drive-up access, loading dock access, overhead doors, and storage spaces with electricity, but all of our small warehouse spaces are accessible 24/7 and are fully secure! Plus, you don’t have to commit to renting our space for 3-5 years – rent at our commercial real estate property for as short as 1 month with our flexible lease terms.
